Sports

SPORTIFIED! This is a word I have come up with, it is a term that is applied to people who are mainstream sporty and what not. They are the people who spend 6+ hours a week doing sport related activities. I myself get about 18 hours of sports a week. Every weekday I have volleyball from 3:45- 5:30, on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have Tennis right after volleyball from when I get there at 5:30 till around 7. Then on Saturday mornings I have tennis again from 10-11:45, by then it is scorching hot. Then after relaxing for a bit on Saturday and going out at night to hang around with some friends, I wake up at 5 in the morning and get ready to go on a 4+ hour bike ride.
On these rides we go up many hills and each one we try to get faster than the other. My father has put a no excuse for missing a bike ride policy, so no matter what I have to go. He, Mr Jones and Mr Arenofski, always talk and have fun on their bike ride and then crack jokes about how fast I go up the hill and how unfair it is. They also joke on how they should strap a huge cooler on my bike so I can haul it up the hills for them and they can enjoy a nice beer at the top. I say it would give them great incentive to climb faster to get to their prize that I have them running for.
Now back to the topic, you shouldn’t try not to sportify your life like I have. It is not good, you have very little time to work, and when you do work, you are not as focused as you should be because you are so burned out from all the sports you cannot perform to the best of your abilities. This is a helpful hint for those who do sports, and don’t say I didn’t warn you.
