If I were headmaster of SIS, there would be a lot of things different here. Firstly, I would increase the amount of spending on education, and teachers. Because I believe schools need to focus more on academics, and spend most of the money expanding, growing both physically and excelling in academics. I would increase the pay of the teachers, because if the teachers are not happy the students are not happy and they in turn dont study and the school's academics fall. There are two ways to effectively run a school, either very leniently where everyone is happy and make the environment for a student to learn very open, or run a school very strict where teachers are under paid and give out huge amounts of hw making the students miserable and over stressed. Though there are down sides to both the main thing is trying to get students eager to learn more. If students are eager, they will learn them selves, we should not drive students to dislike learning by over stressing them, the way the human mind works is to avoid anything that causes the brain stress and discomfort.
If we try to encourage students to learn other than drown them in work, then we can prepare them to go out on them selves and learn on their own. Though this may seem like the utopia of education, sometimes there are just those people that cannot learn that way, and need to have massive amount of work and need strict study habits in order to learn and pay attention. If I were to make changes to SIS this is what I would do.
Not to forget to change the classes so they are all block periods, because studies have shown that this is the most effective way for students to learn.

Utopia
Paradise to me is being on a deserted beach with soft white sand at sunset. The reason I would like it at sunset, is because that is around the time I was born, just as the sun went down. In my perspective sunset is one of the most beautiful times of the day, because of the way the color of the sun reflects off the water and then projects itself up into the skies above and turns the heavens into a color pallet of reds, oranges and yellows. My favorite type of sunset is when the sun is a big fiery ball right above the ocean's horizon, and you can still look at the sun comfortably. There should be no over cast, and the water, smooth as glass with the soft sound of small waves against the sand. I would only allow one other person next to me, and both of us would be enjoying a nice cool refreshment of our choosing, no food, because it would create noise that would take away from the peaceful ambiance. The only thing making sound other than the soothing sound of the waves is the small boom box playing music found on my I-pod, at volume 18, being that it is my favorite number. For seating there will be a wooden structure elevated a foot off the ground with pillows and cushions all over and a roof over head, the walls will be nothing but mosquito netting which can be tied back to allow full view of the sunset and to allow the nice cool breeze to whisk on by. I would lay there with the person of my choosing and we would enjoy our beverage and talk about how beautiful the sunset is and exchange stories or memories we had. One of the stories I personally tell almost every time I see a sun set is when I was younger, I had a very special friend and we were both sitting next to the beach enjoying life, and watching how as the sun got lower and lower in the sky, the clouds seemed to turn into deeper colors of red and orange filling the heavens.
Open Front Door
When I slide open the sliding glass door out onto the deck in the morning, I see in the distance the ocean, and before it a valley of trees that are filled with shadows as the morning sun rises. The sky is filled with deep reds and dark oranges and yellows that paint them selves against the sky, even though the sun has not risen. Its so nice to slide open the door and look outside in the morning and be able to see the sun rise up in the morning and enjoy it's peaceful serenity. I love when in the morning I wake up and I can smell the cool damp air and look out to the ocean and see the sun slowly rise about the horizon, in its fiery mass. I also enjoy waking up and listening to the waking birds sing and greet the morning sun.
Though, I wish to be able to see more of the ocean and see how it changes as the sun rises, I could go out and cut the trees down to open up the view, but instead I would add another addition to my house. It would be a small open plat form exactly 18 feet above the roof of my house, because 18 is one of my favorite numbers. The plat form will be 5x7 feet because added together makes 12, a perfect number and it would be able to comfortably accompany me and one other person.
The reason I want to have it this way is because, I myself am a romantic person, I am the type of person that remembers a lot of things and can relate to a lot of things in people's lives. I also love to watch the sun rise in the morning because to me it is like a symbol of life, a new beginning to a day and I also enjoy watching the sun set because it is like the departure of the day, and I like to watch as it slowly disappears over the horizon and then greet it as it rises again in the morning.

most humiliating experience
My most humiliating moment was when I was young, and during those years I was a very constipated child, and they had to insert a medicine through an area which will be left unnamed. My bowels had been blocked because I seemed to of had a fear of being inside the restroom on my own due to this horrid painting on the wall in all of our restrooms. Related to this is me telling all of my peers now that I had this problem when I was young.
Yea. These times were not the best of times, I was brought into the hospital every day for two weeks where I would have to bend down on the table as though I were an Indian praying to mecca, and I was a YOUNG boy I was scared for my life, I did not know what they were going to do with me, so of course the normal thing for a boy my age was to be scared @#$@$%34@% and yell out for help. I was not used to having people shoving stuff up there, let alone be back there at all.
The thing they were... yea.. was a solid.. it was in the shape of a rounded.. blunt...bullet... made of ice.. this is humiliating now that I think of it, and to think I am now sharing this story with my friends. Not only did it look cold, IT WAS COLD! Felt like ice going on up and it was not pleasant. It was probably the most humiliating experience of my life due to the fact that I had to go into the hospital because I was constipated, given anal meds to help my problems and on top of that, 90% of the people that work at the hospital know me because my mom also works there.

Blog on a dead person
If you could birng back one person from the dead, who would that be and what would you serve for dinner and why? 500 words
If I could bring anyone back from the dead I would bring back, I would bring back one of the most infamous people in the world, Adolf Hitler. For appetizers we will have caviar and various breads and cheeses. The main course will be Trout in butter sauce and squab. The reason the feast would comprise of such things, is because conventionally, you always start off with light food in the beginning, meaning the caviar, bread, and cheeses. Another reason being, to warm up the conversation between such an infamous dictator. The cheese and bread is traditionally a start of the meal “meal” and there for should be included in the feast of the returning dictator. Although the caviar, the reason the caviar is included is because it was Adolf Hitler's favorite appetizers, and this should appeal to him.
After the chasers we would move on to the main course, where he will enjoy his favorite meal of trout in butter sauce, which he loved with a passion and it is said that his last meal was trout in butter sauce before he committed suicide. With his being such a devoted trout lover, the meal should get the dictator to start talking about confidential information. Because everyone loves to talk about stuff when they are having a good meal and enjoying life, but in this case, enjoying being alive again. According to most people Hitler was a vegetarian, so most of the foods do not have meat in them.
From there on we would talk about why he put all those people in concentration camps, and go all the way to what he felt about the world in general. We will cover a wide variety of topics, even the ones about what his last thoughts were before his great empire fell. We would also talk about the secret testing facilities he had and experiments that to this day have people wondering what the Germans were up to.
Finally, dessert will arrive, with dessert will come baklava and chocolates. These were Hitler's favorite desserts, and he loved to eat them all the time. He would be very happy to have such a great meal, and be happy to talk about anything.

Japan days being
On the first day I went to japan, we were riding through the city with cars all over the place. It was crazy, but thankfully all the Japanese drivers are very respectful of the bikers and do not try to run them over or honk at them. The reason we were rushing through the city was that we were suppose to get on a ferry that is about a two hour trip to the other island. The plan was to be there get on the 1:45 ferry, but once we got there we were already too late, and once we had gone to confirm our tickets we realized that the 1:45 ferry was non existent. So we had rushed all the way for nothing. We decided to go have some lunch and that is where my father and all his friends learned how to order beer in japan in various sizes. The time came around for us to head down to the landing area to get on the ferry and with a brief waiting period we got on the huge ferry. We all rode down this big empty corridor where the cars and semi trucks will soon fill. They chained our bike tight up against the wall of the ship and we proceeded upstairs into the common area. The ferry was very nice on the inside, with a few gambling games, and of course the all famous Japanese vending machines. There was a flat area for people to sleep too.
Once the two hours were up, it was dark and we had to bike another 17 blocks to get to our hotel. Luckily we had our gps system called the Garmin, that thing was a life saver. We reached out hotel, checked in and went up into our rooms before meeting back down in 15 mins to go out to dinner. The rooms in that hotel were TINY! You had just enough room to place your belongings and a place to sleep and take a shower. Once we had changed in our tiny room we went out and roamed the streets for dinner. We asked a man if he could help us locate a restaurant that the conciser had suggested us. He very politely said yes and lead us strait to the place, but they were full. He then said for us to follow him because he said he knew another place to eat at. The man was soo kind and generous to lead us three blocks out of his way to a restaurant and when he wanted to thank him by inviting him in to have a drink, but he politely refused again and left. I will never forget that man who so generously helped us that night, and wouldn't accept anything in return.
